Obituary - Ted Waters

WATERS, Ted, passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer on Tuesday, March 2, 2022; he was 55 years of age. Ted is survived by his parents, Gerald and Patricia Waters; his brother, John Waters (Jody); his niece, Emily Waters; and his partner, Anne Burnett. He also will be remembered and deeply missed by his numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Ted was a 1985 graduate of Douglas S. Freeman High School, received a degree in accounting from the College of William and Mary in 1989 and later became a licensed CPA in Virginia. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on March 15, 2022 at the Chapel at Woody Funeral Home - Parham with interment in Westhampton Memorial Park following the ceremony. As a lifelong lover of all animals, in lieu of flowers, Ted requests contributions be made to the Richmond SPCA, 2519 Hermitage Road, Richmond, Va. 23220.
