Salomon (Sam) Dip, 72, of Henrico County passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2025 .
He was born in Zacatecas Mexico on February 19, 1952, to Salomon and Ramona Dip. Sam was employed by the City of Richmond as a linesman and has been retired for several years. Sam was a kind and gentle man who will be missed by many loved ones.
Sam was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his sisters, Guadalupe Dip and Esther Jones (Sam); and his brother, Alberto Dip. He also leaves his nephews, Miles Jones and Tommy Dip (Alexandra); and their two children, Avery and Eleanor.
The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Affinity Funeral Service – Richmond Chapel. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
