Robert Howard Rogers, of Lakewood Retirement Community in Henrico County, VA, passed away on November 21, 2024, at age 92.

Bob is survived by his sister, Judy of Texas, and her family; two daughters, Karon Rogers of Henrico, and Teresa Austin (Stephen) of Henrico; step-daughters, Monique Berke (Andy), and Meikan Etsudo Prado; as well as grandchildren, Andrea Rogers, Ian Rogers, and Elizabeth Rogers, and Chelsey Primdahl, Caleb Austin (Taylor) and Sarah Grace Austin; step-granddaughters, Hannah and Orly Berke; step-grandsons, Elias and Diego Little; and great-grandchildren, Sebastian Ramirez, Jameson and Jonah Gonzales, Eden Reid, and Evan Rogers. He was pre-deceased by his ex-wife Beverly; as well as by his wife, Yolanda; his son, Timothy Rogers; and former daughter-in-law, Susan Rogers.

Bob worked in the aerospace industry his entire career, starting at Douglas Aircraft in Tulsa (later McDonnell Douglas), and then North American Rockwell, Lockheed Martin, and Boeing. He loved traveling, and though the list of countries he visited is too long to recount, he loved Kenya most of all, and made several trips there, including one with each of his two daughters, making memories they treasure.

Bob was beloved by his immediate family and by his extended family in Chattanooga, Texas, and California, and he will be missed but fondly remembered.

Interment will take place in Texas, at a later date.
