Bulger, Renee A., 69, passed away on December 10, 2022 in Henrico, VA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Mary Bulger; brother, Ray Bulger; sister Romayne D. Biasi. She is survived by her sons, Michael McDonnell (Valerie), Matt McDonnell (Angela); daughter, Katie McDonnell (Cory); grand-children, Cayden Brannan, Skyla Turner, Jamison McDonnell, Addison McDonnell, Maya McDonnell, Livia McDonnell; brother, Richard Bulger (Linda); sister, Rita Hubshman (Jack) and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 18, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Bliley’s 8510 Staples Mill Road where a Celebration of Life will follow on Monday, December 19, at 3 p.m.. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to HCPS Special Education Department, Henrico County Eastern Government Center P.O. Box 23120 Henrico VA 23223.
