Obituary - Montana George Spillman

Montana G. Spillman, 80, of Henrico, VA., formerly of Mount Vernon, New York, went home on Monday, July 17, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Catherine Spillman; son, Montana Jr.; brothers and sisters, Virginia, Roosevelt, John and Lana; and his aunt Lee.
Montana served in the U. S. Army and was stationed in Korea, and then went on to work as a licensed real estate broker, author, and teacher among other things.
He was an avid movie buff, outstanding crossword puzzle solver and he loved to play cards.
He is survived by his loving wife, Estelle; his daughter, Star; his son, Jason; daughter in law, Katherine; several grandchildren and great–grandchildren; a sister, Marjorie and many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
A funeral service will be conducted 1:00 p.m., Saturday, July 29, 2023 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA., 23231.
