Mildred Parrish Texter, of Henrico, Virginia passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024. She is predeceased by her husband, Richard Albert Texter, her siblings, William H. Parrish, George W. Parrish, Stenphen P. Parrish, Mary Anne Tyree, Genoa Elisabeth Mawyer, and Herbert P. Parrish.
She is survived by her children, David Wayne Texter, Kevin Dale Texter, Craig Alan Texter; brother, Malcolm P. Parrish, as well as numerous grandchildren and extended family.
A visitation for Mildred will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Woody Funeral Home-Parham, 1771 North Parham Road, Richmond, VA 23229. A funeral service will occur Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:40 PM, 1771 North Parham Road, Richmond, VA 23229. A committal service will occur Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Westhampton Memorial & Cremation Park, 10000 Patterson Ave, Richmond, VA 23238.
