Mary June Davis Dalton, 84, of Richmond died December 19, 2023.
Mary June was preceded in death by her husband Henry Phillip Dalton, Jr., her parents Samuel Wilson Davis and Mary Rebecca Ramsey Davis, and her brother Samuel Wilson Davis, Jr. She is survived by her son Steve Dalton (Michelle); daughter Diane Romanello (Anthony); daughter Karen Dalton (Jesse Harrington); eight grandchildren Kaitlyn and Cole Dalton; John (Olivia), Domenic (Olivia), Mary, Anna and Shelylyn Romanello; and Emi Harrington; and great granddaughter Adelaide Romanello.
Mary June was a graduate of Douglas Freeman High School and the University of Virginia. She was a registered nurse in the Richmond area for 45 years. She was an active member and deacon of Westhampton Baptist Church and later a member of Glen Allen Baptist Church.
Friends may call at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 Parham Rd. on Friday, December 22, 2023 from 5 to 7 p.m. and where services will be conducted Saturday, December 23, 2023 at 11 a.m. Interment will be private at Westhampton Memorial Park.
Memorial contributions may be made to Glen Allen Baptist Church, Virginia Home for Boys and Girls or Trinity Hospice.
