Obituary - Mary Jane Ingersoll

Mary Jane Ingersoll went to her heavenly home on Monday October 31st, 2022 at the age of 88 in Henrico, VA. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 67 years, Eugene. She is survived by her three sons: Bill, Jim, (Cheryl), Dave (Tracy), five grandchildren: Michael, Melisa, (Luke), Carisa, (Luke), Nicole and Cameron Grace; and three great grandchildren: Brooks, Neal and Elsie Jane. Born November 19th, 1933 in South Dayton, NY, she graduated from Pine Valley Central School. She was a sales associate for Bigelow’s department store and Carnahan’s men clothing store. Mary Jane loved spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren, her friends and her church. Jesus was the Lord of her life in all things. She was a red hatter and a member and volunteer at the Jamestown Audubon Society. She enjoyed hymns, jigsaw puzzles and most of all when her grandchildren sang to her. Mary Jane had a fun and playful personality and lived a life well lived. Funeral services will be private.
