Mary Eunice Farmer, 80, of Sandston passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021.

She retired from Suntrust Bank and was a member of Highland Springs Church of the Nazarene. She loved quilting, getting together with her family and spending time with her grand and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Orville and Elma Peck; her husband, James Pleasant Farmer; three brothers, Newton Peck, Hadford Peck and Carlos Peck; sister, Sarah Euva Reynolds; and a great-grandson, Parker James.

She is survived by her children, James W. Farmer (Tanya) and Lisa D. Adkins (Donnie); grandchildren, Marie Pearson, Angela and Trey Belcher, Wesley Farmer, Scott Farmer, Noah Adkins and Matthew Adkins; great-grandchildren, Layla Pearson, Chloe Pearson, Andrea Belcher, Camryn Belcher and Clara Belcher; sisters, Louise Hulse (Larry), Dorothy Reynolds (Kyle), Juanita Francis (Leon), Loraine Shanks (Wayne) and Cynthia Lee Ancarrow; and sister-in-law, Susan Peck.

The family will receive friends Monday, February 8, from 11 am to 12 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, VA 23231 where a service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel at 12 p.m.

Interment will follow at Washington Memorial Park.
