Obituary - Joanne Marie Sourbeck

Joanne Marie Sourbeck, 75, of Henrico, Va., passed away on Monday, June 10, 2024. Joanne was preceded in passing by her parents, James and Mary North; and her brother-in-law, Stewart “Buddy” Forbes Sr.. Joanne is survived by beloved husband of over 50 years, Gregg Sourbeck; her son, Gregg Sourbeck Jr. (Joy); her daughter, Christine Moretz (Thomas); her grandchildren, Meghan and Kaitlyn Sourbeck, and Justin Moretz; her sister, Marlene Forbes; and many nieces and nephews. Joanne lived for giving and helping others, and always worked on making a difference in the world. She was devoted to her work, being an accountant for 40 years, over 10 years spent working for Lockheed Martin. Joanne was an amazing, kind, and trustworthy wife, mother, and friend who will be missed by many. The family will honor her with a private service.
