Jeanne C. Frayser, 98, left this world for a new journey on October 22, 2022. She was the daughter of William Ashby and Lillian Duke Frayser.

Jeanne graduated from Varina High School and Richmond Professional Institute (now VCU) with a degree in Business Administration as well as from William and Mary with a Master’s Degree in Education. The family would like to express their deepest appreciation to her wonderful caregivers, Veronica Gates and Joyce Udriet.
