Janet C. Mingee, 75, of Highland Springs passed away on Monday, July 31, 2023.
She was a former employee in the clerk’s office for Henrico Courthouse and retired from VDOT.
She is survived by her husband, Roger; son, Eric; sister, Brenda Collins; and niece, Sherry Calkin.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 8, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, VA 23231.
A graveside service will be Wednesday, August 9, at 11 a.m. at Riverview Cemetery, 1401 S. Randolph St. Richmond, VA 23220.
