Hazel Higgins Barker, age 96, of Richmond VA, passed away peacefully September 22, 2023. She will be missed dearly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Linwood Barker, and her nine siblings. She is survived by her daughter Betty B Tilman (Kenneth), grandsons Carter Tilman (Ashley) and Aaron Tilman, and a great grandson, Maddux Tilman.
Interment private. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Condolences may be left for the family at Woody Funeral Home - Parham's website.
