Ethel Ann Briggs, 82, of Henrico, Va., went to be with the Lord on July 7, 2022. She is preceded in death by her sister, Helen Troy. She is survived by her loving husband of over 59 years, Arnold Ray Briggs; children, Elizabeth Haun (Terry), Suzanne Ludeke (Mark), and Richard Briggs (Christine); 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; sister in law, Florence Gay Kennedy; and good friend, Janet Brown. A gathering of friends and family will take place 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., July 17, at Bliley’s, 8510 Staples Mill Road. A Celebration of Life will follow 11:30 a.m., July 18, at Staples Mill Road Baptist Church, 10101 Staples Mill Road. Interment at Westhampton Memorial Park.
