Obituary - Edmund Raymond Bowers Jr.

Bowers, Jr., Edmund Raymond “Ray”, 86, of Henrico, took his final journey on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 to be with his Lord. Ray is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Moore Bowers and his daughter Stephanie Lynn Bowers. He is survived by his sons James Patrick Bowers and Christopher Kevin Bowers (Elizabeth) and grandkids; Mary Victoria Turner, Kaylee Mackenzie Bowers, Megan Elizabeth Bowers, Ryan Christopher Bowers; sister, Marie Bowers Marshall; two great grandchildren; Sawyer and Link Blanton. Ray was a general contractor and homebuilder and he loved to travel with his wife. He enjoyed gambling and golf. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 11:00 am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
