Obituary - Diane Cash Tinsley

Diane Cash Tinsley, 78, passed away on June 16, 2023, in Richmond VA. She was preceded in death by her mother, Alma Cash and her husband of 50 years, Frank Tinsley. She is survived by her daughter, Whitney Tinsley Plummer and granddaughter, Kendall Plummer. She is also survived by many furry grandbabies who she loved and spoiled. She would often come visit them when Whitney was at work. She was known to many as “Gangee,” the name Kendall gave her when she was little. Diane was a lifelong fan of the New York Yankees. She planned her days around their games! She loved being part of the choir at Skipwith Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Bliley’s 8510 Staples Mill Road. Burial will be private at Amelia Veteran’s Cemetery where she will join Frank. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the choir of Skipwith Baptist Church 1900 Skipwith Road, Richmond VA 23229.
