Delores Goins Dixon, 70, of Highland Springs, went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 17, 2022.
She was preceded in death by her youngest grandson, Lucas.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 49 years, David L. Dixon Sr.; her children, David L. Dixon Jr. (Stacy), Donny L. Dixon (Jamie), Jeremy M. Dixon (Nichole), Kimberly A. Wilson (Randall), Jason S. Dixon (Kacie); her grandchildren who affectionately called her “Nana”, Courtney, Emily, Jeremy Jr., Matthew, Maddy, Ethan, Kadence, Audrey, Quinn, Juliet, McKenzie; as well as her siblings, Hazel, Greg, and Danny.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 20, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a funeral service will be held on Friday, October 21 at 2 p.m.
Interment will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery.
