Obituary - David Wayne Loving

My dad was born July 24th 1958 to my grandparents, George Kendall Loving Jr and Constance Lucille French both of Richmond, VA. Graduate of Douglas Southall Freeman High School he went on to work in many industries and most recognized was his time during Integrated Power Sources of VA as a Service Manager. In 2006 he went on to open his own company, Tool Guys in Lakeside, Va. where he made tons of friends and memories. My dad loved his grandson and myself more than life. He raised me since I was 6 almost alone with his parents help. My dad and I were best friends, father daughter duo and a force to be reckoned with. He loved fishing and his hot rods, spending weekends in parking lots talking to his friends while staring at their cars. His dog Fred of 13 years was also his best friend stayed by his side day in and day out. He is preceded in death by both parents, his brother, and survived by his daughter Nicole Loving Owens son in law Chris Owens and only grandchild, Michael (Mikey) and his girlfriend/ caretaker Lisa Hankins and extended family / friend Megan Daniels.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking for monetary donations straight to the funeral home or to their GoFundMe to help with expenses.

A memorial service for David will be held Friday, July 28, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Woody Funeral Home-Parham, 1771 North Parham Road, Richmond, VA 23229.
