Obituary - Danny Ray Allen

Danny Ray Allen, 56, of Henrico, passed away peacefully on Friday June, 10, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roger R. Allen, Sr. and Naomi S. Allen; and brothers, Herbert V. Allen and Roger R. Allen, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Allen; son, Ben Jamison (Shannon); daughter, Elizabeth Allen (Matt); and brother, David Allen. Danny was a devoted father and husband who loved his family. He enjoyed the beach, fishing and bowling. He was always there to lend a helping hand. The family will receive friends Thursday June 16, 2022 from 4pm to 8pm at Bliley's - Staples Mill, 8510 Staples Mill Road where a funeral service will be held on Friday, June 17, 2022 at 1:30pm. Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mason’s Toy Box to help support families struggling with childhood cancer.
