Obituary - Charles Benton

Charles Benton, 53 of Henrico passed away October 5, 2024. Charles was preceded in death by his father, James Benton, mother, Nancy Crews Benton and his brother, John Burton. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Benton , son, Charles (Buddy) Benton, Jr. , step son, Stephen Gullette, sister in law, Crystal Benton, niece, Hope (Fussey) Benton, three brothers, Billy, Chris and Lee Morel, Jessie (Boo-Boo), In-laws, Shirley & Ted Chewning and many other family and friends. Charles had several hobbies he enjoyed like, poker, bowling, fishing and finding new places to eat with his son, Buddy. Charles worked as a manager for Jersey Mikes for over 20 years. His visitation will be held at the Broadus Baptist Church Community Building (5351 Pole Green Rd. Mechanicsville, VA 23116) on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 2-5PM. No flowers please.
