Obituary - Carolyn Dymacek Crouse

Carolyn Dymacek Crouse, 92, of Glen Allen, reunited with her husband, Eddie, and son, Frankie on March 24, 2023. Those who loved her most; son, Cliff Crouse; daughters, Becky (Tim) Morris, Lynn (Steve) Francis; grandsons, Kyle (Liz) Crouse, Dave (Tonya) Morris, Nash (Uni) Francis, Wes (Karen) Francis, and great-grandchildren, Lucy Crouse, Willa Crouse, Bryce Morris, and Declan Francis; who knew her as Mom, Gran, and Great-Granny. Carolyn often hosted bible studies in her home and was a member of Biltmore Baptist Church. She was a talented ceramic teacher and quilter. She demonstrated her love of sewing by gifting her handmade projects to family, friends, and others throughout the community. She touched so many people’s lives with her kind and generous heart. “She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.” Proverbs 31:26.

Family will receive friends at Bliley’s, 8510 Staples Mill Road, on Wednesday, March 29, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., after which a celebration of life will be held Thursday, March 30 at 12:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Signal Hill Memorial Park.
