Obituary - Beverly Rowe Agee

Beverly Rowe Agee of Henrico, VA, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, August 20, 2023. She was 76 years of age.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther B. Rowe, Jr. and Naomi Ward Rowe. She is survived by her son, George Douglas “Doug” Simpson and daughter, Kelli “Denise” Simpson (Dean Fuquay). She is also survived by her sister, Vickie Rowe Yates (Elwood); niece, Ashley Glazebrook Fitch (Chris); great-niece, Abigail Fitch; and great-nephew, Alden Fitch. Beverly also had a great friend/sister in Judy Fulmer.

Beverly loved the Lord and her family. She loved to watch Jimmy Swaggart Ministries and to read. She enjoyed shopping, going out to eat and “running the streets” especially riding to Williamsburg.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 30th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue. A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, August 31st at 2:00 p.m. also at Nelsen Funeral Home. A reception to follow at Nelsen’s Celebration of Life Center.
