Oakley, Ann Whitlock, 78, of Henrico, VA passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2024.
She is survived by husband, Robert “Bobby”; daughter, Jill Peck (Clifford); stepsons, Donnie Oakley (Veronica) and Dennis Oakley; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 15, from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, March 16, 2024, 11am at Highland Springs Church of the Nazarene, 6003 Hawkes Lane, Richmond, VA 23223.
