NPO Launchpad seeks early-stage nonprofits for accelerator

Table of Contents

NPO Launchpad, a newly formed incubator for nonprofit start-up organizations, is seeking applicants to participate in its first nonprofit accelerator. Selected cohort participants will receive hands-on mentorship, along with office space.

Applicants must have 501(c)(3) status, be based in the greater Richmond region, and have less than $100,000 revenues annually.

Established by Richmond entrepreneurs Pat Hull and Jeff Palumbo, NPO Launchpad includes mentors from the Richmond nonprofit and business communities. The four-month mentorship will help to guide cohort participants in achieving their mission, as well as unlocking access to capital, growing their donor base and establishing new community partnerships.

For an application, visit npolaunchpad.org. The application deadline is July 15, 2019. Selected applicants will be notified in early August 2019 and the accelerator is scheduled to begin in September 2019. The accelerator will culminate with a launch party in December 2019 at which cohort members will showcase their success, growth and progress while connecting with Richmond’s business and donor community.

In addition to seeking nonprofit applicants, NPO Launchpad is also inviting area business executives and nonprofit leaders to serve as mentors. Those interested can contact NPO Launchpad via the website.
