Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Henrico County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on November 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., in the Board Room at the Henrico County Government Center, Parham and Hungary Spring Roads, Henrico, Virginia, to consider the following Ordinances:

  1. Vacation of Building Line — Wilhaven Subdivision — 1800 Lyndover Road — Fairfield District

The vacation will remove the 15-foot building line located on the side of Lot 19, Block I in the Wilhaven subdivision and known as 1800 Lyndover Road in the Fairfield District. This building line was dedicated by a plat recorded in the Henrico County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Plat Book 23, page 186.

  1. Vacation of Portion of Right-of-Way — Old Pump Road — The Preserve at John Rolfe Section 1 — Three Chopt District

This ordinance will vacate a portion of right-of-way known as Old Pump Road near the intersection of John Rolfe Parkway and Old Pump Road, which was conveyed to the County in 1993 by deed recorded in Deed Book 2407, page 1497, for the location, construction, or improvement of Old Pump Road. The right-of-way was granted to the County as a condition of the approval of a site plan. The owner of the adjoining parcels has requested this vacation. No public necessity for the right-of-way exists.
