Notice of Practice Closure - Commonwealth Gastroenterology, PC
This is to serve as formal public notice to the community of our intent to permanently close effective February 28th, 2025. Dr. Scott Woogen has proudly served the Greater Richmond community for over 30 years and is grateful for the support and rewarding experience of caring for his patients. Ahead of the closure, current patients should arrange to have another physician take over their GI care and contact our office at (804) 716-6318 by February 21st to initiate the transfer of medical records.
