No one injured in Henrico house fire

No one was injured during a house fire in Eastern Henrico Nov. 30.
The fire began just before 7:30 p.m. in the kitchen of a home in the 3600 block of Reynolds Road, just off Harvie Road. When Henrico Fire officials arrived, there was heavy smoke coming through the front door and fire visible inside. All residents were already outside at that time.
Fire crews extinguished the blaze quickly. No injuries were reported to residents or firefighters.
The residents were not able to stay in their home, but Henrico Fire officials worked with them to ensure they found shelter.
The Henrico Fire Marshal’s Office is working to determine the cause of the fire.
