Sheetz will open its newest location, at Regency Square in Henrico’s West End, Thursday, March 23. The store is located at 8711 Quioccasin Road.

Grand-opening festivities will begin outside the store at 9 a.m. (when the store opens to the public) with multiple prizes awarded, including a grand prize giveaway of free Sheetz for a year (a $2,500 gift card). An official ribbon-cutting ceremony will follow at 10:45 a.m.

Customers will receive free self-serve coffee and soda all day.

In honor of the grand opening, Sheetz also will donate $2,500 to Feed More, which helps feed the food-insecure in 29 counties and five cities in Central Virginia.

Customers attending the grand opening are encouraged to donate a non-perishable food item to the nonprofit. Those who donate will receive a Sheetz branded thermal bag (with a limit of one per customer while supplies last from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.).

A second donation of $2,500 also will be made to the Special Olympics of Virginia.

Sheetz currently operates more than 670 locations in Virginia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, West Virginia, Ohio and Maryland, including two others in Henrico (at 7035 West Broad Street and 550 South Airport Drive). All locations are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
