CSX will close New Osborne Turnpike/Newton Road in Eastern Henrico at the railroad bridge from Sept. 20-23 for track improvements.
The closure will be in effect each day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
A detour will direct motorists around the work zone by way of Hatcher Street, Williamsburg Road, Orleans Street, Old Osborne Turnpike and New Osborne Turnpike.
