Overall, the development is expected to be the largest revitalization project in Henrico's history. It includes the Libbie Mill Library, a walking/biking trail, a lake and pier, townhome condominiums, apartment residences, restaurants and shops.

CBRE|Richmond will serve as the leasing agent for Harp's Landing.

“We are pleased to partner with Gumenick Properties again on their next development phase at Libbie Mill,” said CBRE|Richmond Senior Vice President Malcolm Randolph, who will handle the leasing responsibilities on behalf of Gumenick Properties. "It presents a unique opportunity for Richmond businesses to upgrade their office environment in a mixed-use location with many amenities within walking distance.”
