The following local students were named to the spring 2020 president’s list at Washington and Lee University: Emma C. Callaghan and Ryan Campbell Lesher, of Glen Allen; and Sarah Katherine Concepcion, Oakley Gordon Mize, Christian Edward Mize, Truman Thomas Chancy, John Overton Pollard, Lilian Holladay, Virginia Todd Kauders, Daniel Benjamin Lynch, John FitzRandolph Hodgson Jr., Frances Marie Pugh and Clayton Edward Pugh, of Henrico.
Kathryn Carithers of Henrico was named to the Bob Jones University’s String Orchestra for the 2020-21 school year. String Orchestra is one of two orchestras at BJU and admission is via audition. Carithers is a freshman majoring in Keyboard Performance.
Hanna Cillo of Henrico recently matriculated as a first-year student at Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y. Cillo is a graduate of Mills E. Godwin High School.
Timothy Rodriguez of Henrico was named to the spring 2020 dean's list at Seton Hall University. To qualify for the dean's list, students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.4.
