Bridgewater College's Jazz Ensemble, Chorale, a jazz band featuring alumni from 1982 to 2022, and a newly formed chamber ensemble, Meridiane, will perform on Saturday, Oct. 22, at 7:30 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Carter Center for Worship and Music during the annual Homecoming Concert. Student performers from Henrico include:
• Sarah Henneberger, Class of 2024, a digital media arts major from Glen Allen, who will perform with the Meridiane Ensemble and Chorale.
• Parker Sale, Class of 2025, a music major, who will perform with the Meridiane Ensemble and Chorale.
• Sherie Davis, Class of 2023, a history major, who will perform with the Chorale.
Hannah Smith of Henrico recently earned scholarships for the 2022-23 academic year at University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Smith won Chancellor Scholars, the Sam Welty Memorial Scholarship, and the Warhawks Inspired Scholarship. Smith is studying Communications, Public Relations Emphasis at UW-Whitewater.
Andrew Dyson of Henrico graduated in August from the University of Mississippi. Dyson, who is an Integrated Marketing Comm major, received a bachelor of science degree from the School of Journalism and New Media.
