Gov. Glenn Youngkin recently announced additional administration and board appointments: Opioid Abatement Authority – Michael Tillem of Henrico (founder and executive director, Journey House Foundation, Inc.); Clean Energy Advisory Board – Douglas E. Lamb of Henrico (partner, McGuireWoods LLP); Commonwealth Council on Aging – Andrea Buck, M.D., J.D. of Glen Allen (former fellow, United States Senate Special Committee on Aging); Common Interest Community Board – Margaret “Meg” Tunstall of Henrico (director of operations and systems, HHHunt Communities).

Harrison Carter of Henrico recently was initiated into the national leadership honor society Omicron Delta Kappa. Students initiated into the society must be sophomores, juniors, seniors or graduate/professional students in the top 35% of their class. Students must demonstrate leadership experience and embrace ODK ideals. Carter is a student at Hampden-Sydney College.
