Andrenetta Harris Daniel and Corinna Josselyn of Henrico were named to the spring 2023 honor’s list at Mercy College of Ohio. To qualify for the honor’s list, students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.3 or higher and be enrolled for 6-11 credit hours. Daniel is pursuing a BS in Healthcare Administration and Josselyn is pursuing a BS in Nursing (RN-BSN Completion). Madeleine Foteu of Henrico was named to the spring 2023 dean’s list at Mercy College of Ohio. To be eligible for the dean’s list, students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.3 or higher and be enrolled for 12 or more credit hours. Foteu is pursuing a BS in Medical Imaging.


Phi Kappa Phi, a collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines, recently initiated the following local students: Sarah Beller (Virginia Tech), Lindsey Hair (University of Lynchburg), Emily Hess (Longwood University), Janna Kiseeva (Virginia Tech), Jenny Roe (University of Florida) and Sarah Warnick (Virginia Tech), of Glen Allen; and Valerie Camardella (University of Florida) and William Harwood (Virginia Tech), of Henrico.


Emily Kinsey of Glen Allen was inducted April 7 into the University of Alabama’s Blue Key Honor Society during the Tapping on the Mound ceremony. The Blue Key Honor Society recognizes college students for balanced and all-around excellence in scholarship, leadership and service.
