of Henrico recently graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in Psychology from Tufts University in Medford, Mass.

Matthew Jahn of Glen Allen recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from SUNY Cortland in New York.

Jason Seitz of Glen Allen was named to the spring 2023 dean’s list at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colo. To be eligible for the dean’s list, students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.6 or higher. Seitz is majoring in Exercise Physiology.

Neil Rapchick of Henrico was named to the spring 2023 dean’s list at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. To qualify for the dean’s list, students must earn a 3.66 grade point average for the semester.

Isabella Muller of Henrico graduated May 6 with a master of science in Geoscience from the University of Alaska.

Sean Detrick of Henrico recently graduated with a bachelor of science degree in Engineering from Frostburg State University in Maryland.

Glenn Youngkin recently announced additional key administration and board appointments: Small Business Commission – Thomas Leonard of Henrico, owner of Tom Leonard’s Farmers Market; Advisory Board on Service and Volunteerism – Clovia Lawrence of Henrico, multimedia personality and chief executive officer of Project Give Back to Community; and E 9-1-1 Services Board – Matthew Ogburn of Henrico, director of state and local government affairs at Verizon.
