Gov. Glenn Youngkin recently announced a new appointment to his administration: Citizens’ Advisory Council on Furnishing and Interpreting the Executive Mansion – Aggie Cullen of Henrico, community volunteer.
Gabby Rivera of Henrico was named to the fall 2023 provost’s list at Ohio University. Provost’s list recognition is given to part-time students who earn a semester grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
Michael Timperio and Randolph Trow of Henrico were named to the fall 2023 dean’s list at Champlain College in Burlington, Vt. To qualify for the dean’s list, students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
The following local students recently were initiated into the all-discipline collegiate honor society Phi Kappa Phi: Rebecca Loupassi (University of Mississippi), Elizabeth Patacca (Old Dominion University) and Summer Bowling (Old Dominion University), of Henrico; and Tiffany Allen (Old Dominion University), of Glen Allen. Membership is by invitation only and requires nomination and approval by a chapter. Only the top 10 percent of seniors and 7.5 percent of juniors are eligible for membership.
