Deema Abdel-Meguid, Brett Hoffmann and Nivetha Saravanan, of Glen Allen, were named to the dean’s list for the fall 2017 semester at Boston University. To qualify for the dean’s list, students must earn a 3.5 grade point average for the semester.


Cristhian Martinez, of Henrico, was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2017 semester at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minn. To be eligible for the dean’s list, students must earn a 3.7 or higher grade point average for the semester.


The following area students were named to the president’s list for the fall 2017 semester at Longwood University in Farmville, Va.: Emily Elizabeth Hahn, Sandra Elizabeth Montgomery, Mackenzie Ann Tabler and Dorian Faith Tignor, of Glen Allen; and Julianna Marie Shibley, Autumn Haley McIntyre and Carly Cansino Wren, of Henrico. To be eligible for the president’s list, students must earn a 4.0 grade point average for the semester.


The following area students were named to the dean’s list for the fall 2017 semester at Longwood University in Farmville, Va.: Rita Catherine Ewald, Hunter Prescott Hogan, Joshua Allen Hutchinson, Carter Ashley Leake, Jenna Nicole Noakes, Deborah Glenn Walters, Kendall Ann Arnold, Tyler Edward Culbertson, Lamees Charif Daou, Allison Nicole Everson, Abby Sue Jones, Cassidy Lynn Jones, John Michael Lamons, Elizabeth Kathleen Puccinelli, Taylor Nicole Rollison, Logan Lynne Staton, Kent Matthew Wells and Rachel Elizabeth Witham, of Glen Allen; and Morgan Ireland Altic, Katelyn Lee Cheatham, Emma Paige Cooper, Rachel Elizabeth Mullen, Cassandra Elizabeth Tagert, Callie Christine Williams, Chase Samuel McPherson, Alisha Renae Easley, Samantha Nicole Edwards, Emily Page Hinckle and Abigail Elizabeth Lovelace, of Henrico. To qualify for the dean’s list, students must earn a minimum 3.5 grade point average for the semester.


Zaire Ashantii Collins Tunstall and Conner Nicholas Hewlett, of Henrico, recently graduated from Longwood University in Farmville, Va. Tunstall earned a bachelor of science degree in Liberal Studies. Hewlett earned a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration.


Uday Patil and Paige Rutherford, of Henrico, earned faculty honors for the fall 2017 semester at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. This designation is awarded to undergraduate students who have a 4.0 grade point average for the semester.


Emily Sheppard, of Glen Allen, was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2017 semester at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. This designation is awarded to undergraduate students who have a 3.0 or higher grade point average for the semester.


Sabrina Daglish, of Henrico, was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2017 semester at Loyola University in Baltimore, Md. To qualify for the dean’s list, students must earn a minimum 3.500 quality point average for the semester.


Caroline Skoog, of Henrico, was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2017 semester at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. To be eligible for the dean’s list, students must earn a minimum 3.66 grade point average for the semester. Skoog is a sophomore in the College of Liberal Arts.
