Milestones

Governor Ralph Northam recently reappointed Marcella V. Luck of Henrico to the Brown v. Board of Education Scholarship Awards Committee. Luck is director of recruitment at Virginia Commonwealth University.

The following Henrico students will graduate May 9 at the University of Mississippi: William Bennett Rider, bachelor of arts in Political Science; Cameron Nicholas Regnery, bachelor of arts in History; and Roderia Rhodes, master of science in Integrated Marketing Communication.

Tatiana Boelen of Henrico recently was honored during Emory & Henry College’s Awards Day. Boelen earned the award for Civic Innovation Excellence in Writing and Reflection. Awards Day honors students in their majors who have maintained a high grade point average and produced outstanding work. Each academic department chooses students based on their merit and dedication to their field of study.
