Metro Richmond Crime Stoppers' Crime of the Week: April 24-30, 2023

This week, Crime Stoppers needs the public’s help in solving a robbery that occurred in the city of Richmond.

On Jan. 22 at about 9:40 p.m., Richmond City Police responded to the 5000 block of Forest Hill Avenue for a robbery that had  just occurred. Upon arrival, they made contact with the store clerk. The clerk had attempted to stop the suspect for shoplifting when the suspect pulled out a firearm and showed it to the clerk. The suspect was last seen heading eastbound on foot in the 5000 block of Forest Hill Avenue.
