Henrico County residents are invited to attend a free community conversation about mental health on Saturday, Nov. 16 at 10 a.m.

The event, "A Day of Mental Health & Healing Education," will be held at the New Bridge Baptist Church, located at 5807 Nine Mile Road in Henrico and hosted by Virginia Delegate Delores McQuinn (D-81st District), Henrico Sheriff Alisa Gregory, and counselor Monica Lucas. It will feature mental health experts, resource vendors, and more.

The event aims to destigmatize mental health and promote healing and education. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about mental health resources available in the community and connect with mental health professionals.
