McClellan introduces 'Women of Excellence' program

U.S. Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan (D-4th District) has introduced the Women of Excellence program to highlight the achievements of women in her district and to encourage more women to pursue leadership roles.
The program is part of McClellan's efforts to improve the lives of women and girls in her district and to empower future generations of women and girls. The program is designed to provide an opportunity for the public to recognize the inspiring and selfless work of women in the community.
