Man on tricycle struck and killed in Highland Springs

Warren Wilson Davis II, 56, of Henrico, was riding the tricycle east on Nine Mile Road when he was struck by the truck, which was traveling the same direction, near the intersection of Nine Mile and Hart Street.
Responding officers attempted to provide life-saving measures, but Davis later died at a local hospital.
Police believe that alcohol may have been a contributing factor in the crash but didn't provide details. The driver of the truck remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
