Man found dead at West End intersection in Henrico

A man was found dead at the intersection of Parham and Fargo roads Monday morning, and Henrico Police are investigating to determine what happened.
The man was found dead near the roadway at about 7:43 a.m. Police are calling his death “suspicious” and will work with the state’s Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death.
