Losi to seek Republican nomination for 68th District House seat

Republican Lori Losi will seek her party's nomination for the 68th District House seat, which includes a small portion of Henrico County. The seat is held by first-term Democratic Delegate Dawn Adams.
Losi is holding a campaign kickoff event at her home in Midlothian March 16.
Losi is a licensed CPA and former business owner in the region who is making her pro-business platform the focus of her campaign. She is pledging to work for low taxes and the implementation of policies that will spark job growth.
In a press release, Losi's campaign took issue with Adams' efforts in the House.
"Delegate Adams has been on the wrong side of core issues to our community including how to properly encourage economic growth in the Commonwealth, and on the issue of abortion," the release read.
