The Henrico Citizen's LIVE@LUNCH webinar series invites panelists to discuss in a moderated format with Citizen Publisher Tom Lappas topics of broad interest to Henrico citizens. Episodes are streamed live and available on demand afterwards. Each episode begins at noon and is approximately one hour in length, including time for a Q&A period with attendees at the end.

LIVE@LUNCH – June 10, 2022: Active Transportation in Henrico County – Panelists Dan Schmitt (Brookland District Supervisor and RMC Events president/founder); Todd Eure (assistant director of transportation and development for Henrico County's Department of Public Works); Cat Anthony (executive director of the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation) and Brantley Tyndall (director of outreach for Bike Walk RVA/Sports Backers) discuss the current state, and future, of active transportation – walking, jogging, cycling, skating, wheelchair travel and other self-propelled forms of movement – in Henrico. Among the topics addressed: Henrico's proposed Bike Plan; plans for sidewalks, bike lanes, trails and shared-use paths in the county; the impact of the Virginia Capital Trail and planned Fall Line Trail; how trails, bike lanes and sidewalks could spur economic investment in the county.
