Table of Contents

All Labor Day visitors to Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden will receive free admission from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Genworth Free Community Day will include not only free admission to the Garden on Sept. 6 but to the exhibition M & T Bank RESTORE: The Healing Power of Nature. Guests may walk in; no advance reservations are needed.

The Garden continues to follow CDC recommendations and state guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19. Masking indoors is strongly encouraged for all, regardless of vaccination status. For those not fully vaccinated, masks are required indoors at all times and outdoors when 6-foot social distancing is not possible.

WaterPlay and Butterflies LIVE! will not be available this year, and there will be no DJ or music. Food will be available for purchase. Outside food is not allowed to be brought into the Garden, but guests may bring water/water bottles, blankets and lawn chairs.
