Leadership Metro Richmond to host 3-part series about facilitating dialogue

Leadership Metro Richmond will host a three-part series designed to help leaders in the region facilitate challenging conversations.

Jonathan Zur, the president and CEO of the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities, will lead the courses, which will provide practical tips for facilitators and the opportunity to put their newly acquired skills into practice. Sessions are open to the public and will take place on the following dates:

• May 4, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. – Session 1: Introduction to Facilitation (lunch included);
• May 11, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. – Session 2: Practicing & Designing;
• May 18, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. – Session 3: Reading the Room & Applying Skills.
