Kroger debuts 'Boost' program at all Virginia stores

Boost provides 2X fuel points for every dollar spent on groceries and general merchandise; free delivery (next day or less than two hours, depending upon the membership plan) for all grocery orders of $35 or more; and additional savings on Our Brands product lines.
