Keep Virginia Beautiful accepting applications for its '30 in 30' grant program

Keep Virginia Beautiful is accepting grant applications for its '30 in 30 Green Grants' program now until April 30 from groups throughout Virginia that want to make a difference in their communities. Programs or projects should focus on one of the following categories:  Litter Prevention, Recycling, Community Beautification, or Cigarette Litter Prevention.  Thirty grant awards will be announced, one each day in the month of June.

Since 2011, Keep Virginia Beautiful has provided more than $230,000 to fund 290 programs and projects throughout the state, with help from partners including Altria, Coca-Cola, and Keep America Beautiful.
