Kaine, Spanberger to campaign in Henrico Aug. 13

U.S. Senator Tim Kaine will join Democratic congressional candidates Abigail Spanberger for a campaign event in Henrico County Aug. 13.
Kaine is seeking re-election against Republican nominee Corey Stewart. Spanberger is seeking the Seventh District Congressional seat against incumbent Republican Dave Brat.
The Henrico event will be held at the North Park Library, 8508 Franconia Road, beginning at 2:30 p.m. It also will include former CIA officer Ned Price and former Virginia Secretary of Technology and Co-Chair of the Virginia Cyber Security Commission Karen Jackson
At the event, Kaine and Spanberger are expected to discuss their plans for national security, defense and public safety policies.
